About CS Launcher — Counter-Strike 1.6 Builds and Guides

CS Launcher is a fan project about Counter-Strike 1.6. We collect and test community builds of the game for modern Windows and write practical guides: installation, configs, bots, online play, Android, Mac and Linux.

What we do

Checksums for every file. Each build page shows the SHA-256 checksum, so you can make sure the file wasn’t changed. You can also check any file on virustotal.com.
Credit the authors. Builds are made by the CS 1.6 community; each page names the author.
Keep guides practical. Every guide is written for today’s Windows 10/11 and today’s servers.
